Two Russian nuclear weapons are lost in South Asia. A CIA agent tracking the bombs has vanished.

A beautiful waterfront town in India-controlled Kashmir is about to be nuked, followed by a another attack in Pakistan.

The apocalyptic plan is the brainchild of terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba to spark nuclear responses between Pakistan and India against what will appear to be mutual strikes against each other. World War III is about to begin, and it will be nuclear.

But Lashkar's diabolical plot is jeopardized when two women, a Muslim doctor and a Hindu actress, risk their lives by stealing the detonation codes in a desperate attempt to avert the nuclear attack. The enraged terrorists embark on a savage hunt for the women and along their trail of torture and death the CIA agent becomes one of the first victims.

The CIA sends its highest rated operative Mark Coburn to find the missing agent and the lost nuclear weapons. But Coburn is teamed up with a U.S. military weapons expert who is given different orders on what to do with the bombs if they are found.

Lost in a maze of deception and betrayal, Coburn and his team are forced to join the deadly chase for the women. They find Haseena, a beautiful Indian actress who convinces Coburn that her sister Rana has the detonation codes and is hiding in Kashmir.

Coburn's team races along a torturous and deadly trail into Kashmir where the hunters become the hunted. Coburn is ordered to return once the codes are found, but his military expert convinces him to defy orders and continue the search for the bombs. Coburn and his team embark on an unsanctioned sojourn that sweeps them from the lush gardens of Kashmir through gun battles in the sweltering desert in Pakistan and into the mountains of Afghanistan all the way to ground zero. There all forces collide with cataclysmic results.
